Order Processing
Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Nuvela Solutions is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@nuvelasolutions.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is submitted.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- • check around the delivery location
- • check with household members or neighbors
- • contact the shipping carrier directly
If you still need help, contact us at admin@nuvelasolutions.com and we will review the issue with you.
Nuvela Solutions is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you investigate the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@nuvelasolutions.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- • your order number
- • a description of the issue
- • photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Shipping Availability
At this time, Nuvela Solutions ships physical products to customers within the United States only.
If we expand shipping regions in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Digital Products and Services
Digital products, such as ebooks or downloadable materials, are not shipped physically. Access to digital products is typically delivered electronically after purchase.
Property-related services offered by Nuvela Solutions do not involve physical shipping unless otherwise stated.
