Returns & Refund Policy

At Nuvela Solutions, we offer physical products, digital products, and property-related services. Because these offerings are different, the return and refund terms below apply by category.

1. Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- • be unused and in the same condition you received it
- • be in its original packaging
- • include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email admin@nuvelasolutions.com with:
- • your full name
- • order number
- • item(s) you want to return
- • reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, Nuvela Solutions will cover return shipping.
For returns requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Physical Items
The following physical products are not eligible for return:
- • used items
- • opened items that cannot reasonably be resold as new
- • custom or personalized items
- • sale items marked final sale
- • gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@nuvelasolutions.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to review the issue and make it right.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@nuvelasolutions.com.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable items such as ebooks, guides, templates, checklists, and similar files.
Digital Product Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following cases:
- • you were charged more than once for the same product
- • you did not receive access to the product
- • the file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement

3. Services
Services include property-related assistance, consultations, reviews, and homeowner support offered through Nuvela Solutions.
Service Refunds
Because services involve time, review, scheduling, and work performed on your behalf, service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or substantially performed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact admin@nuvelasolutions.com as soon as possible.
- • If a service is canceled before work has started, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
- • If work has already started, any refund will be partial or unavailable depending on the work already performed.
- • If a scheduled call, consultation, or review is missed without notice, the fee may be forfeited.
4. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different physical product, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item if eligible, and place a new order separately.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If physical merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, that customer may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
To qualify, the item must still be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This section applies to eligible physical goods and does not override lawful exclusions that may apply to digital products or completed services.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, digital product, or service, please contact us first at admin@nuvelasolutions.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
